1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Integrate3D (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at integrate3d.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Products

All products listed on Integrate3D are custom 3D printed items made to order. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour, finish, and dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, images, copy, and branding — is the property of Integrate3D and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of our product designs
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the site without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrate3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be available at all times or free from errors.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
