1. Who We Are
Integrate3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates integrate3d.com, an e-commerce store for custom 3D printed items. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
Account information
Email address and password (managed by Clerk). We do not have direct access to your password.
Order information
Name, email address, shipping address, items ordered, order total, and order status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Shopping cart
Cart contents are stored temporarily in Redis (Upstash) with a 7-day expiry, keyed to your account.
Usage data
Pages visited, search queries, and interactions — collected anonymously via PostHog for analytics. Error and performance data is collected via Sentry to help us fix bugs.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process and fulfil your orders
- To send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
- To authenticate your account and keep it secure
- To improve the site through aggregated analytics
- To power semantic product search (your search queries are converted to embeddings via OpenAI and matched against our product catalogue in Pinecone — no query is stored beyond the duration of the search)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting beyond the services listed below.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the store. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies
We use the following cookies and similar technologies:
- Authentication cookies — set by Clerk to keep you signed in
- Analytics cookies — set by PostHog to track anonymous usage patterns
- Session cookies — used to manage your shopping session
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Cart data is automatically deleted after 7 days. Analytics data is retained per PostHog's default retention policy.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured format

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security on our database, and access controls on all systems. Payment processing is fully delegated to Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. No security system is infallible — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
